After you’ve brainstormed your initial ideas, it’s time to get specific about who you are serving. Who do you want to supply uniforms to, and what do those people value most?

To build a strong brand, be as detailed as possible. Write down their:

Industry and Profession

Location and Climate

Specific Needs (e.g., durability, high-visibility, or premium comfort)

Brand Values

Now, dive deeper to find your niche within a niche. For example, "Workwear" is a broad category. "Sustainable bamboo workwear for local landscaping crews" is a niche within a niche!
