Feeling the cold before/during/after your swim this winter? Spare a thought for those taking on the 2025 IISA Aotearoa NZ Ice Swimming National Championships in St Bathans Central Otago starting tomorrow 🥶



The event swims through to the 13th July with distances up to the Ice Mile (1.6km) in water that is required to be below 5 degrees 🧊
