I love that kindy has school visits just before there about to start school but today when it was time to leave my daughter stood there throwing bark and yelling that she hates me all because she couldn’t stay there, so her aunty walked her back to kindy, I took her back to the gate gave her to her teacher and said you can stay there till kindy school finishes than I went to the gym to work all my frustration out. I feel ok now but has any parents dealt with this? This is the second visit and the second time she’s played up I knows she’s eager for school but I don’t know how to get her to understand that it’s only a school visit. Help. Any advice?

I may not have lost a lot of weight but I have gained more energy to be active with my two girls, I’m more confident to take my mirror photos, I’m no longer shy to walk in to the gym and achieve my goals, I feel a lot lighter on my feet I’m fitting into 2 x L clothes again. I’m so proud of me Panāu👏

I definitely need to invest in some headphones, I do sets of 10 about 6 different workouts and I do 3 circuits of them and than end off with a warm down on the tred mill.

I just feel like I’ve won the whole entire week with being on time and reaching both of my goals I got Ari to school on time and I went into the gym, those are my daily goals. I’m so damn happy and much more relaxed today just have to finish off the washing today.

Even though I didn’t get to the gym today I still got out there for a walk. I enjoyed today with my daughter the sticker board has really got her improving on her behavior, listening skills, her helping me out. I’m so proud of her.
