Winter is the perfect time to get those little feet used to wearing shoes. Often parents say “my baby isn’t walking so they don’t need shoes” which is true but when the time comes and they are walking (perhaps over prickles in the grass, a hot footpath, or something unpleasant left behind) you want them to feel comfortable putting shoes on without a fuss. Our baby shoes have a soft suede leather sole with a thin foam padding layer between the inner sole and sole. So it is flexible and soft to still feel the ground underneath as they learn to get their balance. The size large and X large (of the newly branded styles) also feature a partial rubber sole on the pressure points, heal and balls of feet, for extra grip and wearability.

Navy Rome sandals, still a classic style. Often people say “my baby isn’t walking so they don’t really need shoes” that’s very true but having a lightweight sandal is a great way to get your baby comfortable with the processes of having shoes on when you need them too. Summer is great for barefoot running around but it also comes with prickles and bees in the grass and hot concrete. Once your baby is up and on their feet its great to know they won’t have a tantrum when putting on shoes.

I know I’ve been a bit (actually a lot) quiet on this account lately. But I have been busy on a few things. We don’t have any new shoes coming this season as we want to move more of our current stock but Look what we have been working on!! These sweet creations are on their way! the secret is out!! and they should be ready to launch end of the month!! A collaboration between both our brands to bring you the cutest little leather doll shoes that fit the Miniland 38cm dolls and the Paola Reina 34cm dolls. I can’t wait to share more with you over the next weeks!! In the mean time add these to the Christmas stocking list!!
