This old girl was in pretty bad shape.
Her floors were worn down, uneven and very compromised after decades of service.

We pulled up the old floorboards, laid new plywood to create a solid floor, then installed new durable vinyl-plank flooring that looks the part, while being super durable.
The two bedrooms got a cozy carpet upgrade, for ultimate comfort underfoot.

As part of this bungalow’s joinery upgrade, we did more than just swap windows. We removed an old window unit to make way for a wide ranch slider, opening the home up to a brand-new timber deck.
Now, the living area feels twice as big, and the backyard is actually part of the home.

A full house lot of new double-glazed aluminium inserts is officially in.

We used aluminium inserts instead of a full frame replacement, giving this bungalow a performance boost at a fraction of the cost.

Our client wanted extra seclusion, so we went with tinted glass to keep things private and cozy year round. The result? A quieter, warmer, and more efficient sanctuary without the "full-scale reno" price tag.

After a replacing a few old weatherboards, she's ready for a lick of paint and will look a million bucks in no time!
