Really hoping for a week of normality soon!!! 🤪
The last few weeks have been SUPER busy. Full on at work, training hard, finding a new flat, moving, plus other life commitments. We all have times when life is like this and we survive through the stress. When part of that stress is released our body often takes a hit. I finally got moved into my new place, and then this past week I’ve been sick 🥴
Training, steps and cardio have been very minimal. Not ideal, but at least I’ve kept my food on point!

Got back into the gym yesterday afternoon for a bit of an upper session to get the body moving, and some light legs this morning.
