My aim is to ensure that the whole experience, beginning with browsing The Happy Eclectic page, through to receiving purchased items promptly (we send from a rural location so please allow an extra day at times) receives a 5 star rating from our customers. Refunds are available only if there is a fault with the item that has not been mentioned in the listing. In this instance, I must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item and it must be returned within 7 days. However, I check each item carefully so I do not anticipate any problems.
