Another week comes to an end for us, and it’s been so lovely seeing you all pop in, browse, chat and tell us how much you love our little place. 🥹
I also want to say a huge thank you to the lovely people who have donated to us this week. We are always truly grateful for your support, and we get so excited knowing these pieces are going to get another chance to be RELOVED by their next person. ♻️🤎
There is just one little thing I’d love to clarify, as we completely understand there can sometimes be confusion…
We are not an op shop or a charity shop.
We are a very small, family-owned business, and the proceeds from our sales do not go to charity. They help us cover the costs of having and running our little space — rent, wages, EFTPOS, power, internet, surcharges and all the other everyday expenses that come with running a small business.
We are always incredibly thankful for donations, and while we don’t rely on them to run our business, they absolutely help us with our goal of keeping beautiful clothing moving forward and finding it a new home. 🫶
We also completely understand that some people may pop in with donations, learn a little more about how our business operates, and decide they would prefer to donate their items to a charity where the proceeds go directly towards supporting a cause.
And honestly… that is absolutely okay! 🤍
We just want to be open and transparent about who we are, what we do and where your support goes.
We are a little family business with a big love for giving pre-loved pieces another chapter — and we are so grateful to every person who chooses to support us, whether that’s by shopping, donating, following, sharing our posts, recommending us to a friend or simply popping in for a chat.
