I apologize for the lack of updates, but rest assured that I have been consistently sewing in the background. Two photos of a recent project I undertook for a client as a birthday gift for a child are displayed; their cuteness is undeniable. This week, I have openings for alteration bookings, and I invite you to reach out to me with any repair or alteration needs.

A wedding dress I recently worked on, client had the dress made overseas and wasn’t quite happy with parts of the dress, the back of the bodice was originally a lace up back but we decided to remove that and add a zipper in instead. The bodice of the dress had layers of fabric that dropped down to layer over the skirt but as they didn’t quite look right, we decided to shorten them to give the bodice more of a corset look. Finished it off by shortening the under skirt. Client absolutely loved the end result and was so grateful that I was able to alter it so that she would be able to wear it on her special day 😊❤️

Been another busy few weekends of alterations.
Spent last weekend letting out a wedding dress as well as tapering the side seams of some shirts and taking in the suit pants waist a little more for Lyn.

Started off this weekend with a pants shortening for John who came out from Martinborough so I shortened those and had them ready for him to pickup on his way home as he is off overseas next week.

Jacket zipper arrived yesterday from Miss Maude so was able to complete Cathy’s jacket zip replacement and finished off with a ball dress shorten for Jenny’s daughter.
