In our last post, we asked if you knew why we shear before winter....

Thanks to everyone who PM'd through their guesses, some of them were very creative.

The answer is because it minimizes the risk of a ewe getting cast in the later stage of her pregnancy! It also means they have plenty of time to grow a few mm back before it gets too cold so no one is freezing.

Had to make a "quick" (40 minute) trip to town yesterday. With so many orders coming in, we ran out of sticky tape! So a chilly town day of 9 degrees, and I was snug as wearing a woolen long sleeve and the Ivy Knit Jersey. To be honest, I ended up getting a bit too warm and had to take the jersey off an hour later. Got to love wool's insulating properties!

Yes, that's me! It's only Monday but my gosh has it been a big few months.
I'm sure you've noticed there has been a bit of silence from Abby Rose since the new year has begun. My goodness we have been busy! As I'm sure you all have as well.
We recieved some amazing reviews from our current range of styles and also some wish list queries from others which we love to hear as this brand... your brand... is dedicated to finding out what it is that you actually want.
We have been busy discussing, designing and creating different designs and styles. We are so excited to have a new one to release very soon so keep checking in on our page to see what's coming. We are sure you are going to ❤️ LOVE ❤️ it!
