Subdivide and Design || New Plymouth

In collaboration with this subdivide and design House & Land Package is in full swing. The new design is located at the rear of an existing section which Delaco have surveyed, subdivided and have been managing the site services works.

K3AD has created a custom design to capture the maximum use of outdoor living of the site and to suit the sloping nature of the site. A welcoming entrance is located level with the approach to the section that when you enter, steps down into a large open plan living space filled with sunlight.

Applying a site-specific concept design to an empty, potentially difficult section can really maximise the attraction of the section to prospective buyers.
