In 1997 Nigel & Trish Dwyer came up with the idea to create a brand that would represent everyone who lived in Taranaki "Taranaki Hardcore". After being in the surf industry for over 30 years it had to not just be seen as a surf label but to be a label of the people an identity for all of us. It became a sense of pride bringing people together and to show outside communities how great Taranaki is

with its majestic mountain great beaches, parks and the walkway. The brand says everything about the Taranaki Hardcore lifestyle bringing us a lot of recognition from people nationally and internationally. We now supply everything from work wear to wine glasses to apparel for all ages and much more. We supply sports teams with playing strips and off field uniforms from rugby league through to darts. We also sponsor many professional athletes such as Isaac Luke, Clark Elice, Lisa Tamati and many other well know Taranaki sportsman. Taranaki Hardcore has been a major supporter and sponsor of motor sport, surf lifesaving, boxing, golf and many major events. Taranaki people are proud to be from such a great province with so much to offer that's why people who travel out of the area love to take a bit of home with them and what better to take than Taranaki Hardcore!. We are a locally owned family business that's been retailing for over 40 years and we are 100% Taranaki proud. We love your feed back and are always keen to find new areas to grow in. For the kids who mean business🔥 (and adults too!)

Here’s how to apply your Taranaki Hardcore semi-permanent tattoo:

Clean and dry the skin
Apply the tattoo face down and press firmly with a damp cloth
Hold for 30 seconds, then peel back slowly
Don’t panic if it looks grey at first - it darkens over 48 hours and develops naturally in the skin

Lasts 1–2 weeks and won’t budge through water, sport, or whatever else life throws at you 😮‍💨🙌
