Froufrou is about frocks (and tops) for lovely ladies, shopping tips, musings about life and a dash of interior style.

Froufrou was born out of a need for comfortable (and hopefully flattering) dresses and tops. The dresses and tops are rarely the same fabric but always stylish and comfortable. They are often made late at night in the 'den' at froufrou's house in suburbia.

The machines are out, so I guess that means the studio is back in action. If you are out and about and want to come and check out the rack (which does include some preloved and leftover froufrous along with lots of lovely preloved labels) then send me message. 😊

Lucky last froufrous. Off white with oranges dots is size large, pink with shapes is size medium. $75 each…$5 for postage or can drop off within Wellington. Go on you know you want one… might be the last 😱.

hey froufrou lovers - it’s that’s time again. I have a few pre loved froufrous to part with. All made for me - so size small - short or 3/4 sleeves, quite tight necks and slightly shorter than a regular small. Send me a message if interested and they can be yours…$10 each (or $15 if you want them couriered). The black and white ones are broderie anglaise, the blue check is cotton and the purple is linen.
