Shipping updates :

I’ve made a dent but TBH there were an enormous amount of orders on 8&9 march and I’m still working that far back.

About 250 orders went yesterday and we keep going every day but if you have a delay this will by why. We are so sorry 🫶

(And my usual helpers are not available) ☀️

Thanks for your patience .. things are going out all day but some packages were held up because we could not get to the stock (which was moved due to flood) and I couldn’t get to because of my knee.

It’s all been rearranged now so if your order was held up some time , that will be why. We are sorry to those of you who’ve had to wait 🫣🫣things are on the way today and over the weekend.

Meet TUTI 2IC Lily 🌸

Today she joined our unofficial team. She couldn’t help but dance when “Jailhouse Rock” came on while we worked.

She was in charge of attaching all stickers and taking packages out to the courier depot.

We’ve had many unofficial and official family members work for TUTI. The unofficial ones don’t get paid 😐 but lily has got a jar full of pocket money now ..

Thanks for your patience with hold ups. I’m chasing up why pick ups haven’t happened and NZ Post currently has a tech problem with printing labels.
