PRE ORDERS:
Pre orders require a 50% non refundable deposit of your total order. The remaining 50% (+ shipping if applicable) is required to be paid within 1 week of the item's arrival. Once your deposit has cleared I will order the item/s. These are generally received within 2 - 4 weeks. SHIPPING:
For all clothing within NZ, we offer FREE SHIPPING FOR INDIVIDUAL CLOTHING ITEMS OVER $40 (excludes sale priced items). For all sale and usual priced items under $40 there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5 (tracked). We try and combine items purchased when we can, to save you $. For homeware & home décor items there is a $5 flat rate unless stated on the item. All Duvet Sets & wall decals have a $6 shipping rate. For small jewellery items, and other small items specified on the page, we have a $3.50 shipping fee if these fit into our small tracked courier envelope, and will combine items if we can. Items are picked up by Fastway Couriers daily, except weekends. Australia shipping, and all overseas destinations available, please enquire
RETURNS:
*Strictly no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty so please select carefully, if you are unsure of sizing, please let us know, we can give you exact meaurements for a particular garment and help choose the right size*
If you quality for a refund, we are happy to do so. Return your garment/s back to us within 7 days of receipt and any received (international returns 14 days) thereafter may be denied. All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer's expense. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached so please be careful when trying these on, as goods not returned in this condition will be not be processed. We are happy to offer a layby service, requiring a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total purchase amount, with the balance to be paid within 5 weeks, or longer if needed, please enquire.
