Struggling with busy little bodies at dinner time? Finding it hard for them to sit still and be present at the table… hands up 🙋🏼♀️
I have to remind myself how simple (and effective) it can be… 10 minutes of movement before dinner.
Dance, jump, play “the floor is lava”… whatever gets the energy out.
It helps those busy little bodies reset and makes sitting down to eat so much easie
