Sooo I am actually still alive, inspite of what the silence around here might have suggested!
For the past year I've been super busy working with my buddy Penine on building up The Sewing Clinic a sewing school and community hub, with only time to produce small runs of FRB gears, and dress my kids.

Stay tuned for new leggings, sleep bags, merino hoodies and whimsical floral dresses...

In the meantime we've been flat out making masks.

Super sweet patched knee leggings finally up on etsy. I really love these and have been test driving them on a bunch of local kids recently (included my own regular in house product testers). They are designed to be worn like pants or leggings, fitted, but robust and build to stand the kinda wear we know our kids clothes endure! A bunch more colours in the production line... Hopefully they will be up online soon after the impending house move 😵

Growing up my besties Mum was always taking us op shopping with her, and her wardrobe provided endless dress up potential we mined.. oh yea mufty day gold! I totally inherited K's love for all things old and musty, while her own daughter is definitely more a modern minimalist!!

It's been a little quiet here these last few weeks, I've been away visiting a very special new baby, coping with Ida growing some new teeth (poor poppet!) and working on a big custom order for a long time Aussie customer. I've also been tapping away at the next batch of hoodies (nearly finished, including some larger sizes), a new batch of grandpa merino tops (just cut), and working on spring designs for the next Neighbourhood Studio Market Day ( The Neighbourhood Studio) on the 18th of September.

A little bit of cute in the mean time... We popped in last week to see Anna Munro for a quick snap of miss Ida. I pained over what creation I could dress her in, and finally decided on nothing. I just can't sew anything as cute as her naked squish!
