As 2025 comes to an end, we pause to wrap it with gratitude.

This year has been a challenging and deeply humbling journey stepping into a new retail space, and from my heart, I want to say thank you.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Revology community 🤎
This past month — and the months leading up to it — have been filled with an overwhelming sense of support, kindness and encouragement. You have shown up, again and again, with your presence, your words, your curiosity and your care.
It has been unreal — gently overflowing with love, support and genuine joy.
A quiet, beautiful reflection of what true community looks like.

Every time I’m in the store, I’m lifted by your words.
Time and time again we hear: “I just wanted you to know this is our favourite store.”
Those moments stay with us. They are a reward beyond measure. Our hope is that Revology continues to feel like your place — a space of beauty, calm and intention where you feel held and inspired.

Revology exists to invite us to think differently about how and what we buy.
Where do the materials come from?
Who made it — and are they paid fairly?
How long will it last?
What happens at the end of its life?
And how can our everyday choices help create a world where our children can truly thrive?

In a world constantly telling us to shop more, faster and cheaper, we hope we can rise together as a community and choose another way. Buying less, buying better, buying local — this is where real change begins.

As we move forward into a new year, our message remains simple:

We’re thrilled to welcome Kathy Barber to the Revology family 🪨!!
Kathy is a self-taught artist whose path began with a 12-year career in advertising before she followed her creative calling into full-time painting and craft. Her work is represented in Auckland and Christchurch, with pieces held in collections across New Zealand and Australia.
In 2018, a simple act sparked a new direction: weaving fine copper wire around an ordinary rock. This became the beginning of Te-ami—Kathy’s distinctive hand-netted craft that transforms natural objects into woven memories. Each piece blends organic form with personal meaning, celebrating connection, imperfection, and the quiet beauty of the everyday.
Now living in Wānaka, Kathy works from her home studio, creating both abstract paintings and Te-ami objects while continuing to expand her exploration of natural materials and wire. We’re so excited to have her as part of our creative community at Revology.

This week, we’re thrilled to welcome another inspiring creator to our store — House of the Sea. .ofthesea

Behind the brand is Dominique , a talented designer originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, who has called New Zealand home since 2016. Now based in Mt. Maunganui, Dominique brings a world of experience and vision to her craft.

After studying fashion in Argentina and working with leading brands, she spent time in Barcelona, where she experienced the fast-fashion industry up close. Witnessing its social and environmental impacts, she chose a different path — a slower, more conscious approach.

In 2022, House of the Sea was born: a celebration of timeless design, high-quality craftsmanship, and 100% natural fibres. Each piece is designed to be worn, loved, and cherished for years to come.

The style? Feminine, effortless, and elegantly contemporary. ✨
