Kia Ora everyone!

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted and I’ve come to the difficult decision to put Molly Moo on pause.

Indefinitely, but hopefully not forever.

There’s simply too much happening in my life at the moment I don’t have the mental space to run an entire business on my own.

For the next week, I’ve discounted everything by 50% to help clear some physical (and mental) space, so head on over to mollymoo.net if you want a bargain before I close the shop down.

Thank you for all your support along the way, this has been such a massive and amazing learning opportunity and I look forward to coming back to it once life settles down a bit.

I’m terrible at my job 😩

That’s all I could think this week while I was struggling with my pattern-making. I’m entirely self taught and more often than not I find myself lacking in a certain skill 😂

I was making so many mistakes and getting SO frustrated! 🤬

So I stopped butting my head against a brick wall and decided to do some learning. I watched YouTube videos, read blogs, and even ordered an actual text book on pattern design!

Moral of the story: nobody knows how to do everything and you will never stop learning 🧡

3 years ago this gal changed my life.

I had just left a really sh*tty job and was so anxious some days I couldn’t leave the house.

With some encouragement from my boyfriend I took a chance and applied for a job and this absolute loon hired me 😂
mawhinney666 you boosted my confidence so much and if you hadn’t hired me I don’t think Molly Moo would exist xx

🏠 House update!

So we have over half the outside ply on, but of course it started bucketing down today so in an effort to keep as much of the inside dry we braced ourselves and hauled up this little bit of wall and closed up that big window temporarily!

I say we but to be honest I’m too small to help with most of this so my partner and FIL have been absolute machines 💪
