Hi my lovelies, it's been a week since I closed the 'bricks & mortar' store in Newtown of 7 years! What a ride! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to all you amazing people who have helped me along the way. My amazing hubby & Mum, to all my family & my cool friends who believed in me & gave me the courage & support to 'go for it'. To Duncan my mentor, landlord & friend. Thank you to all the awesome makers & shakers for giving me the opportunity to sell their lovely products, from artists, jewellery makers, clothing designers to creators of skin care, gifts, cards, homewear & decor. Thanks to all the wonderful consignors who were happy for me to sell their own clothing for them. To the Newtown & Wellington Community for your support in advertising, word of mouth & generally being cool. A massive thanks to all my CUSTOMER FRIENDS. I've loved helping you choose new outfits, getting to know you, talking about fashion, life, love & dreams. Everyone along the way has made my heart full & I am forever grateful. Sweet Janes is not over, just a change of pace & place. I'll still be trading, but just through social media, pop-ups & markets. So keep an eye out for what's next via Instagram & Facebook.
