✨ STOCK DROP-OFFS ✨

Now that our stock break has ended, we wanted to take a moment to explain why we occasionally need to pause stock intake and how you can help us avoid future stock breaks where possible.

The reality is that we are incredibly grateful for the amount of stock that comes through our doors. However, when intake exceeds what we can process, photograph, merchandise, and sell effectively, we need to hit pause and catch up.

Our goal has always been quality over quantity. The more selective we are with what comes in, the better the shopping experience is for our customers and the better the sell-through rate is for our consignors.

As we reopen stock intake, please ensure your items:

✔️ Are freshly laundered (within the last few days)
✔️ Are free from marks, stains, holes, pilling, and damage
✔️ Are current and on-trend styles
✔️ Are labels that we currently accept
✔️ Are in-season (right now we are accepting WINTER items only)

Please remember that we accept stock based on what we believe will sell in-store. This means that sometimes perfectly good items may not be accepted. This isn’t a reflection of the quality of your item - it simply comes down to current demand, seasonality, available space, and what we already have in stock.

To help us manage the large volume of stock we receive, we ask whether you’d like unaccepted items returned to you or donated on your behalf. We’ll discuss your preference when you drop off.

Thank you for understanding and for continuing to support sustainable fashion with us. By being selective with what comes through our doors, we’re able to provide the best possible experience for both our shoppers and our consignors.
