Feeling contemplative of the year that's just passed. I've barely had time to think about my baby Halcyon Days Vintage 😭 and it feels like our momentum and energy have just dropped. We've hit some big milestones with our house build/restoration but we're not quite ready to move back in and reboot our vintage pieces yet.

We're still at it, our seemingly endless home project! Here's a little peak at our new heritage inspired build attached to our 1910s farmhouse. We're slowly inching along and really just trying to recover from the wet winter. Hopefully soon we'll be back home working on adding vintage charm to the interior and unpacking our vintage collection!

This is the room our vintage collection used to be stored in! Like the rest of our house it's getting a make over and here you can see how vintage our house is with the sash window and old native timber studs.
We seriously can't wait to 1. have a house!, 2. have an internal laundry (ours was in an outhouse) and 3. create a new storage area for our beautiful vintage pieces, including a better processing and mending area 🤩 Wish us luck and in the meantime remember that you can still shop vintage on our website 😀
