Guidelines
- Participating teams must consist of a maximum of 12 players.
- There will be a ₱1,500.00 Registration fee. STRICTLY NO FEE, NO PLAY.
- Each Team must submit their final official line-up upon Registration.
- Strictly team members listed on the line up are the only legible to play.
- Players who are not able to play during the First Round of the Elimination will not be allowed to play the Semi-final Round.
- Official team jersey uniforms are not mandatory. However, players must ensure that their jersey numbers are prominently displayed on the front and/or back of their uniforms.
