Raffle Rules:
40 pesos each slot: 1-40
First number draw = BALIK TAYA
Second number draw = Grand Prize
Draw will be scheduled once all number is full and paid.
Chosen number will be determined by STL Pampanga depending on the scheduled draw after the slots are full and paid.
