1. ORDERS PROCESSING INFORMATION
Orders are processed upon confirmation of 50% down payment. Orders placed on Saturday after 3:00 PM will be processed on the following Monday. Tie It Up will contact you with a follow-up email, text or calls if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Full payment must be made 3 days
before shipment day. Payment confirmed on a Saturday after 2:00 PM will be shipped out on the following Monday. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR DECALRED HOLIDAYS. (Bank details will be sent via email or personal message for payment reference)
2. TRACKING OF PACKAGE
Shipping details (order breakdown, tracking number, link to tracker) will be sent via EMAIL, TEXT or CALLS once order has been completed and shipped out. Completed orders, which also equates to confirmed receipt of payment for BANK DEPOSIT, will be shipped out on the following BUSINESS DAY. Orders with payment confirmed on a Saturday will be shipped out on the following MONDAY. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE BEYOND THE DATE IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT THE COURIER. TRACKING DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED, YOU MAY CHECK STATUS OF YOUR ORDER USING THE DETAILS PROVIDED. TIE IT UP IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR DELAY INCURRED WHILE ITEM IS IN TRANSIT.
3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES:
For clients within the Philippines, we accept exchanges within a 7-day period upon receipt of the item(s), for as long as the item(s) is/are: (1) Still in perfect condition; (2) Does not have any traces of usage; (3) Still in complete packaging. Item(s) that no longer have complete packaging and is/are not in perfect condition will be returned back to the client. Client will be handling the shipping fee. The NEW ITEM is still subject to it's availabilty. RETURNS:
For clients within the Philippines, we accept returns ONLY for DAMAGED ITEMS within a 7-day period upon receipt of the item(s), for as long as the item(s) is/are: (1) Still in the same condition as it was received; (2) Does not have any traces of usage; (3) Still in complete packaging. Item(s) that no longer have complete packaging will be returned back to the client. For returned item(s), a CREDIT MEMO (excluding shipping fee) will be issued and details will be sent via EMAIL in 3 working days maximum, upon receipt of the returned item(s).
