68 years old woman made it possible! 👏
One of my students Maam Marilyn had always been self-conscious about her flabby arms and skinny figure.
She wanted to change, but her low appetite and compromised strength made it difficult for her to make any changes.
Despite these challenges, she refused to give up.
One day, she decided to take a bold step that few 68-year-olds would take; she decided to start lifting weights.
At first, it was tough for her to lift even the lightest weights, but she kept at it.
Slowly but surely, she started to feel the changes in her body:
Her appetite increased and her strength began to improve.
She could do physical activities that she never thought she could do before.
After steady and safe steps, she not only achieved a fitter feeling but also a whole new level of confidence.
Her flabby arms were no longer a concern as she proudly showed off her firm muscles.
