Event Schedule:
Warm-up: 6:00 AM - 7:15 AM
Coaches’ Meeting: 7:20 AM - 7:45 AM
Start of Meet: 8:00 AM
Categories & Divisions:
Class ABC: Ages 6 & Under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17 & Over
Novice Division: Ages 5-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-17, 18 & Over
Technical Rules:
Follow World Aquatic Rules
Registration Details:
Open to all club and school teams, regardless of affiliation
Entry Fees:
Novice: P1,500
ABC: P2,500
Included in entry fee: Giveaways, Swimmer’s Raffle Stub, Parent’s Raffle Stub, Coach’s Raffle Stub
Deadline for entries: September 24, 2025
Entries must include verifiable seed times for ABC category
Max of 10 individual events + 2 relays per swimmer
Note:

Are you ready to make a splash this summer? Join us at our Swimming Clinic in Soluna Subdivision, Molino Blvd., Bacoor Cavite for an exciting journey in the water!

2025 SUMMER SWIMMING CLASS (APRIL 22 TO JUNE 7, 2025)
🗓 Schedule:
Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Time Slots: 5:00 PM & 6:00 PM
Duration: 10 Sessions (1 hour each)

2025 YEAR ROUND SWIMMING CLASS (MARCH 2025 to FEB 2026)
🗓 Schedule:
Days: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday only
Time Slots: 5:00 PM & 6:00 PM
Duration: 10 Sessions (1 hour each)

🌟 Cost:
For Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels:
Homeowners: PHP 5,500 for 10 sessions
Non-Members: PHP 6,500 for 10 sessions

For Competitive Swimmers:
Homeowners: PHP 4,500 per month (1 hour)
Non-Members: PHP 5,500 per month (1 hour)

Each session is crafted to enhance your swimming skills, featuring:

Warm-up & Stretching: Prevent injuries and prepare your body.
Skill Development: Improve strokes, breathing, and endurance.
Practice Drills: Both individual and group drills to elevate your swimming efficiency.
Cool Down: Promote recovery and avoid muscle stiffness.

👩‍🏫 Sessions will be led by COACH DARREN EVANGELISTA , 4X NCAA CHAMPION COACH and experienced swim coaches dedicated to your development and safety.
