This person reserved 10+ items from us during our live selling last December 4-6. We gave her discounts on almost all of her items and even added some freebies. At some point she even asked to cancel/replace 2 items from us. Even though we had a no cancellation policy, we became considerate and agreed to cancel one of those items. Upon receiving her invoice, she then asked for a discount on her total as well. Again being considerate sellers, we gave her a discount.
Since Wednesday, we started sending reminders to our customers to settle their payment until Thursday, December 10. While some of our customers replied and asked for an extension on the deadline of payment, she did not bother updating us on the status of her payment. Up until now, she has been completely ignoring us by leaving us on read and delivered despite having the time to post statuses every morning on facebook.
To all our existing and future customers, please take this as a reminder that we do not tolerate joy reservers/bogus buyers. We are just a small business consisting of 3 women who are also trying to earn. Please let us respect each other as well as each other's time.
To Ma'am Nezza Rodriguez, please be considerate next time not just to us but also to other sellers that you will encounter in the future. We would have understood if you couldn't pay within the time frame given. All we wanted from you was to update us so we would know if we will still proceed with the transaction.
