About Shipping
1. How much is the shipping charge?
- FREE nationwide!!
2. Is it door to door delivery or I have to pick up the items?
- Our courier are LBC and JRS Express
3. How many days will I receive the items once I have settled the payment?
- Our cut off time is 3pm, order paid on or before 3PM will be dispatched same day. Arrival of the items is 1-2 business days within Metro Manila, 2-3 business days for nationwide shipping. If payment has been made and confirmed after 3pm or on a Sunday, orders will be dispatched on next business day.
4. Can I request to pick up my order at any LBC branches?
- Yes, but this is possible for Nationwide shipping only. You may indicate the exact LBC branch in the "memo" field upon creating the order.
5. How will I know if my order is already dispatched?
- You will receive a Shipment Notification Email with the complete tracking details once your time has been dispatched. It is being sent around 7-8pm Mondays to Saturdays.
