Pag gising pa lng CP kaagad dahil dami inquiries, sobrang stress talaga sa mata, sakit sa ulo, minsan nkakahilo na talaga, na para na akong masusuka hindi ko alam dahil na pala yon sa Radiation at syempre mataas din nmn grado ko kaya halo2x na yon..

until dumating yong time may nagshare sa amin nito about sa IONSPEC MEDICAL EYEWEAR.. hindi ako nagdalawang isip e try siya kasi nga sobrang taas na din ng grado ko.

at ito pa po, dati is Irregular yong Menstruation ko ngayon po is Normal na Normal na at minsan nlng ako nakaranas ng Dysmenorrhea, kasi dati kung andyan yong Menstruation halos whole day akong nasa higaan lng talaga, minsan kung aabutan ako sa School uuwi talaga ako niyan wala akong p**i kung papagalitan ako ng teacher.. kasi mas matiis ko pa yong papagalitan kaysa sakit puson.

📌At ngayon kahit 18hrs akong nakatutok sa Cellphone/Computer Never na ako nakaramdam ng pagkakahilo, sakit sa ulo at sa mata 🙂😍
