We want to clarify that contrary to what has been circulating in various facebook groups, we have indeed been processing refunds for affected preorders.
A lump sum of the total refund has already been sent to a representative appointed by the group, as she was entrusted with the funds on behalf of some of the affected individuals.
For transparency, we have attached receipts showing the refunds that have been issued.
At the moment, we have paused further refund disbursements due to the ongoing malicious posts and misinformation being spread, which have made it increasingly difficult for us to continue our operations.
We are trying our very best to address this situation and resolve it as soon as possible.
Rest assured, we are committed to refunding all affected preorders for those who have requested a refund, rather than waiting for their preordered items.
All concerns/messages regarding pending refunds will be addressed tomorrow.
