Do you feel as if God has disengaged from your prayers? Do you feel unheard? Do you experience disappointments? Do you feel betrayed?
Sometimes this is what we feel in the moments when we are stuck between desperate prayers and pending solutions in our negative situations that leads to our pain and mourning.
Mary experienced this when her brother Lazarus was dead.
Mary went to the place where Jesus was. When she saw him, she bowed at his feet and said, “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.”—John 11:32
She was in deep sorrow and felt that the Lord didn't answer her prayers to heal her brother. Jesus felt their pain and wept too. And in John 11:43, After Jesus said this he called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” And her brother was raised into life again.
My dear friends, sometimes God allowed divine delays because He has something more wonderful to offer than our prayers. Just like Mary, even in the midst of her sorrow and disappointments, let us not forget to bow before Jesus. There will be moments where solutions to our problems are vague and unsure but one thing is certain, the Lord has the control of everything. God can turn our temporary pains into miracles if we choose to trust Him and His timing.
He has a plan for you know. Be strong and courageous, stand firm, cling on the promises of the Lord and see how He can turn your worries into wonders!
