✔️ Hydrate yourself before donation.
✔️ Get a good night's sleep prior.

✔️ Bring a valid ID for registration.
✔️ Spread the word and invite your friends!

❌ DON'Ts:

❌ Don't skip meals before donation.
❌ Avoid alcohol 24 hours before.
❌ If you're feeling unwell, wait until you're better.
❌ Don't worry, our team will take great care of you!
