METRO SHIRT INC. FAQs
1) Q: What is the procedure for ordering/inquiring?

Custom Shirt*, White Polo Shirt with Blue Sleeves – 100 pcs
• For plain shirts (round neck, v-neck, collared shirts), just state the type and color of the shirt. Else, if you’re inquiring for a custom shirt* kindly send a photo along with your inquiry so that we have a better understanding of what service we could offer you.
• A custom shirt is a shirt that is not plain. It can be different colored sleeves, two or three tone shirts or shirts that has a print or embroidery on it.
• Our sales agent will then reply with the quotation of your inquiry within the day.
2) Q: Is there a minimum number of pieces required to order? And how long does it take for them to be made?
A: YES and NO and it depends.
• No minimum for plain shirts. They are always ready to be purchased, depending on the availability of the stock.
• For custom shirts that are printed, embroidered and two tone – the minimum is 50 pieces. It takes approximately 2 weeks for them to be ready.
• For custom shirts that are three tone or more – the minimum is 100 pieces. It takes 3 weeks for them to be ready.
• For made to order products (hoodies, jerseys) – the minimum is 100 pieces. This is a case-to-case basis; we will evaluate first if we can produce the product for you.
3) Q: How do I pay?
A: We require a down payment of 50% of the total price of the order for the order to proceed. You may either deposit this amount to our bank account or go to our store instead to pay directly.
Our sales agent will only state our bank account information once the deal with the quotation is made.
4) Q: How do I receive my order?
A: The customer may pick it up at the store or can avail of our delivery services for an additional costs depending on the amount and the location.
