"What if the comb did not exist?"
How would our hair look? How would we maintain it?
The truth is, we had gorgeous, healthy hair, without cancerous and sometimes painful chemicals, a long time before the comb along with vanity was invented.
Before all of that, mainly European and western influence, our hair took form, into what some call "Natural Form Dreadlocks" , where your hair will naturally form a tangled, and stiff hair, collective strands, until it formed into one -or multiple- big branches (not strands) of hair.
Our ancestors; no matter what race, color, or religion you are today, whom did not have, nor believe in the use of 'a comb' back in the days. In fact, some religions, such as 'The Rastafari' popularized by Mr. Bob Marley, still to this day do not use combs and other modern refinements as a way to stay close to God, or God -like in His original image. In the bible, the powerful Hercules, is the European, version of what many believe to be a 'Rastafari' belief, that our strength, and pride come from our hair.
Todays, dreadlocks lovers, mainly use tiny sticks to partition, tangle, and weave their hair strands, and build a beautiful and artistic style, we now call "Dreadlocks" or just Locs.
We are not endorsing any comb for you to buy. There is no need need, by the way, when you have dreadlocks.
