Almost a month since we launched our Premium Ensaymadas, and if I’m being honest… this whole venture has been a constant “go or not” in my head.

There were so many hesitations. So many moments of doubt before every bake.

But as someone who prays for wisdom, who takes a moment to pause and reflect before every batch, and who quietly asks God to guide every step, even the work of my hands…

I’ve come to realize that this is not just mine.

This is God’s work.

And maybe that’s why even on days we sell out, even when things feel overwhelming, everything still falls into place.
