*RETURNS AND EXCHANGE: We carefully examine the products we sell to ensure that the item(s) arriving, your doors are defect-free. Items sent are photographed, as our control for non-defective items sent to our valued customers. Items are also carefully coded, to guarantee that defective items returned to us are really the products we sell. We do not have controls however, on drop-shipped items; as these are directly sent from the supplier to the buyer. LTOPS shall not be held liable for damaged items caused by mishandling of its couriers. On considerable cases, given defects are discovered (not caused by the courier, factory defect not discovered prior shipping) RETURNS are accepted. Damaged items must be shipped back within 24 hours. Kindly send us photos of the damaged items through FB Messenger before shipping back. LTOPS will only shoulder one-way shipping cost. Change of mind on product preference (color, size, texture) when orders are already finalized will not be accepted.
