Na-reach niyo na din ba yung point in life na sobrang drained mo na emotionally and mentally na hindi mo na alam kung anong dapat mong maramdaman sa mga nangyayari sa buhay at paligid mo? Yung tipong kahit motivation hindi mo na alam kung saan kukunin? Yung wala ka nang gana kahit na ipilit mo pa? Tipo ng pagod na kakaiba? Tipo ng pagod na pigang piga ka na?
It's the worst type kasi. Ilang breakdowns na ang nangyari and you keep on asking kung may katapusan pa ba or wala na. Mapapaisip ka na lang minsan na ang sarap na lang mawala or maging halaman na lang bigla. Yung pagod na sobra pa sa sobra.
Alam ko na kahit last month of the year na, yung pain "parang" never ending kaya if na-reach mo na 'tong point na to, please don't give up. If you feel na sobra na, please stop and breathe. Stop feeling, stop thinking and just breathe even for awhile. Hayaan mo ang sarili mo na wag makaramdam kahit ngayon lang. Hinga ka lang ng malalim pero wag kang titigil. Wag mong sukuan kung ano man yang nangyayari sayo. You with a strong mind and a golden heart, you can do this. You know you can get through this. It will never be easy love, but sabi nga sa kanta, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. So please keep on breathin' and choose to continue striving for happiness 'cause that's what you deserve.
And believe me when I say that you'll get it. You will get the happiness that you deserve. Just breathe for now, sunshine. 🌻
