What a rainy egg-cellent day! Our third-year students composed of two groups under the supervision of their Prof. Maโ€™am Victoria Macale, spent the day in the kitchen showcasing their patience and creativity on doing various egg-dishes and the process of making the 5 mother sauces. Through this hands-on experience, they not only honed their techniques but also discovered the value of focus and collaboration in the learning process.
