As sellers, ginagawa po namin ang part namin:
✅ Maayos po naming pinapack ang inyong orders
✅ Pinapaship po namin nang maayos
✅ Nagse-send po kami ng proof of shipment / waybill / receipt
✅ Hindi po namin hinahawakan o kino-control ang parcel once na na-turn over na sa courier

Kaya kung sakaling mawala, manakaw, ma-damage, o magkaroon ng problema ang parcel habang nasa courier na, hindi na po namin ito masasagot bilang seller, dahil naipadala naman po namin nang maayos at may proof po kami na na-turn over ito sa courier.
