βββSorry, I just need to vent these out βββ
Shopee takes so much from small sellers it's so frustrating. Can't even take a second to be happy kasi I know for a fact na malaki rin ang kaltas ni Shopee.
Sa mga buyers na nagrereklamo sa β±10 na additional ko for transaction fee hindi po namin nakukuha ng buo ang payment nyo. Sa bawat orders ay mayroong 10% or more pa na kaltas sa akin si Shopee kahit mag opt. out ako sa program/campaigns ni shopee but the other day they will return it and automatically enroll me again, without me knowing it. Ok lang naman mag deduct si Shopee for using their platform pero sana yung base sa nakalagay sa rules and agreement nila na 5% kaso hindi yun sinusunod ni shopee. Yung mga Free shipping at coin cash back na ginagamit ng mga buyers. Sa seller ng shopee nila kinukuha yun.
Lastly inform ko lang sa mga bogus buyer jan specially sa visayas at mindanao kung san ako usually may return to seller, 7 days ang delivery ng items sa inyo then another days ulit para bumalik sa seller bali almost 2 weeks. Nakaabala na kayo, kami pa ang mag sho-shoulder ng shipping fee na papunta at pabalik nung items na hindi nyo nireceive. Be responsible buyer if you don't have money to pay for things you claimed, please wag niyo nalang po i-mine. Let us respect and not waste each other time.
I never post bogus or joy reserver buyers ever since I started selling online. Even tho I have like 5 of them this year. I am a very understanding person but this post is to raise an awareness for other buyers out there that we should be responsible when ordering, not just us but also to other shops.
