“Na-touch po ako sa mga healthcare workers. Nakalimutan na ata ng mga tao na hindi robot ang mga nurses and doctors,” John Louie Netro tells CNN Philippines.

Frontliners are urging government to place again Metro Manila and nearby regions under the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).

They say they need a “timeout” to prevent the country’s already overwhelmed healthcare system from collapsing due to COVID-19.

“Deserve po nila ang two-week ECQ break to be used as a timeout to refine their pandemic control strategies,” the artist from Mandaluyong City says.
