“Rosa de Liderato” is an exquisite long gown that tells a story of leadership, womanhood, and collective dreams proudly worn by Miss Universe Southern Leyte 2026 Candidate Ayen Clarrise Quirong Capecenio, the empowered representative of San Ricardo.

This striking color honors the Female Municipal Mayor of San Ricardo, Hon.
