MAKE READING A HABIT!

For the convenience of each and everyone. Here are the list of frequent questions that customers usually send us. Please read it well and please do understand. We won't be entertaining questions that are already answered here.

1. Do you have minimum purchase?
No, we don't have.

2. Pricelist
Prices are always indicated in each album.

3. How to order?
You can send an order thru online. Just please be reminded we encouraged to send us a private message of the photos of your desired items.

4. Do you ship?
Yes.

5. How much for the shipping fee?
If its within the city shipping is free. But if its outside, the customer is the one who will shoulder the shipping fee.

6. How to pay?
We accept payment through Palawan Express Remittance, ML Kwarta Padala or in Cebuana. And for security purposes we require ALL whom made their payments thru remit their payment thru suggested remittance shops to send the picture of the receipt, for the proof of payment. (P.S. It will not consume 5seconds of your time).

7. Office hours?
We are open Monday-Saturday. 9am-9pm

8. In inquiring.
For faster transaction and inquiring the availability of the desired items send us the picture of such item(s). Don't send us inquiry like "How much for the ladies T shirt?" We have thousands of it and we don't like to guess what ladies t-shirts you meant.

9. Why you are not replying soon as we send our inquiries?
We attend to lots of queries and orders everyday and we do the FIFO method (First In, First Out) which means if you send us order at 9:00 am but we have order 8:59 am we will serve/prepare first the order of the 8:59am customer. And we do the preparation of orders to our suppliers so please don't expect that we will send your invoice or confirm your orders after 10seconds.

10. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.
