We kindly advise all buyers to record a video while opening your parcel so there is proper proof in case there are any concerns with the order. This policy is in place to protect both the buyer and the seller.
If the order is complete, you may simply delete the video. However, if there are missing items or any issues, the video can immediately serve as proof so we can resolve the concern faster.

Kahit sinong baliw na seller hindi mag rerefund ng walang video or proof. And lalong hindi kami irerefund ni J&T Express Philippines niyan! Kung irerefund man aabutin pa ilang months kasi ganyan sila when it comes to refund.
RESPONSIBLE NIYO YAN AS BUYER; to always take a video while opening the parcel. Kung complete edi delete niyo, kung kulang isend niyo agad. Ano mahirap dun?

P.S | Ni refund ko na nga 175php. Ikakayaman ba namin yan both party? Ang daming dummy account nakikisali sa issue na para bang may binili sila kahit piso sa amin. For transparency po hinahanap namin, hindi empathy and reminder na din to sa buyer namin. Now, kung ayaw niyo shop rules namin. Wag na po kayo umorder.
