A minimum order of 6 shirts is required for customization. Payment Terms:
Customers are required to pay a 50% downpayment of the total cost upon placing an order. The remaining 50% must
be settled before the release of the shipment. Payment Methods:
GCash, Maya and Bank Transfers : We accept payments via GCash, Maya & Bank Transfers for your convenience. Please use the provided payment details during checkout. Copy of Proof of payment needs to be sent to the seller. Soon to launch: Credit Card Transactions:
An additional 5% fee will be applied to the total purchase price for transactions made using credit cards. Kindly note this additional fee when opting for credit card payments. By choosing any of these payment methods, you agree to the specified terms
Shipping Fee:
The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fee associated with the delivery of the customized shirts otherwise, seller will cover pay shipping fee for the inconvenience of damage/ wrong delivery. Cancellation and Modifications:
Size, design, shirt type modifications are allowed within 48 hours from placing the order, or until the seller has not yet prepared the raw materials required for customization. Order cancellations are allowed within 48 hours from placing the order. A full refund of the downpayment will be processed. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refund will be issued within 24-48 hours if via GCash, Maya or Bank Transfers. Credit Card refunds may take 15 working days or more, subject to bank lead time. Returns:
Returns will be accepted only in the case of damaged goods upon delivery. Customers are advised to inspect their order upon receipt and notify the seller promptly if any damage is identified. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. The seller reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary. Sampling:
Prior to the creation of a customized sample shirt, customer is required to make a payment equivalent to a minimum order price.
