Good Day! We at Berlin’s Workshop would like YOU to know our rules and guidelines if you would like to avail our services! Ordering and inquiries will be done thru PM Kindly read details below when inquiring or ordering items: 1.) We do not take rushed commission for props. Work interval will be 2-3 weeks (this may change depending on the difficulty of the item). For inquiry and price quotation kindly send PM including the picture on page and when will you be needing it. 2.) Price for commission will depend on props/costume difficulty and details. 3.) We only take a total of 6 commissions for props/costume. Once all slots are filled, clients will need to wait for available slots for their commission requests. 4.) IMPORTANT. Once the contract for the commissioned props has been made. Item will be made based on what the client and props maker has agreed upon. 5.) Total cost of the item, once each party has agreed upon, will be fixed. 6.) We will require a DP (down payment) of 50% of the total cost. This will be used to buy the materials for the item. 7.) In case the client will cancel the commission, DP will not be refunded. 8.) For on hand items. We will only have 3 days reservation as per costumer’s request. Once reservation for the item as expired, Item will be put back on available status. 9.) BOGUS BUYERS will be banned from the page and information of the Bogus Buyer will be shared to our affiliates as a warning. 10.) Delivery of items will be either thru meet ups (client will shoulder our transportation fee) or thru shipping (shipping fee may vary). Availability for the date of delivery or shipment will be discussed with the client. Meet up locations: Cavite (SM Dasmarinas, SM Bacoor, SM Molino) Alabang (Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall) Manila (MOA, SM Manila, SM Mega Mall, Robinson’s Ermita) *Meet ups will be decided depending on the item being commissioned* Mode of Payment Payment will be thru bank account (Banco de Oro) or thru money transfer (Western Union, LBC).
