In October 2009, Mad Holds En Route brought climbers together for a celebration of movement, challenge, and the love of climbing.

Now, 17 years later, we’re bringing it back.

Toril Hikers full force.

The adventure starts long before we hit the trail! This was our Pre-trek preparation before taking on Mt. Kalatungan, one of the highest mountains in the Philippines, standing at around 2,880 MASL and recognized as the 5th highest peak in the country.

With our gears ready, energy high, and smiles all around, this crew was more than ready for the challenge! 🎒🥾 Every pack, every laugh, and every bit of excitement was part of the journey.

One team. One goal. One mountain. ⛰️🔥
The legs may get tired, but the spirit stays strong!

A 31 year old Mr. Alkharj Zamayla joined a hiking activity from Barangay Portulin to Barangay Mendis, Pangantucan, Bukidnon. He was last seen on June 12, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, near a river a few minutes away from Camp 1.

Authorities continue the search and rescue operations to locate Mr. Zamayla. Efforts are being conducted in coordination with the local government unit and partner agencies.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Pangantucan Municipal Police Station at 0998-598-6873.

PNP Bukidnon remains committed to locating him as soon as possible.
