***For Collaborated products or products that are in partnership with other national sellers PRE ORDER is a MUST. Once you
buy a product it is considered SOLD changing of flavours, colors, etc., are only allowed IF the package has not yet been sent by our international supplier (we provide information for our PRE ORDER CUT OFF in the Announcement/Update albums). Please be reminded that our products are authentic and freshly bought from USA, London, Japan and Taiwan, we sellers paid for the products from the supplier the moment a customer decided to order.
***For Yannie's Stuff solo products. If in case an available stock (NOT PRE ORDERED) is still not on hand, I allow 3 persons to reserve per 1 product in case the 1st person to reserve backs out by the time the stocks arrive. (Usually products arrive after 45-60 days from the date of shipping. Products are all authentic from the USA)
*IF the product is already on hand, the 1st person to reserve and confirm will automatically get the product (NOTE: I only allow a 2 days reservation per product to respect other customers who are willing and are decided to buy our products.)
*First person to reserve and confirm always gets the products.
*Package arrives once a month so we need your patience in waiting.
*Payments will be collected at the meeting place after which the seller will need to ask and see an I.D with the buyer's full name to trace a buyer if ever a counterfeit money is being detected. (The seller will not bring any "Counterfeit Money Detector" during the said transaction hence this condition is needed. Hoping for your consideration.)
*Meeting place will ONLY be held at SM Lanang, Abreeza and Gaisano Mall, Davao City. Depending on the distributor's availability. NOTE:
-Please understand that there are 4-5 distributors within Davao City but unfortunately not everyone are free at the same time.
-Majority of our products are not overpriced so the distributor's fare expenses are already paid. Any alteration of the area's meeting place, the seller will not be held responsible for their additional fare.
*Date and Time can be negotiable. (depending on both the seller and buyers free time. As we all know work, studies, responsibilities and other important activities cannot be automatically neglected.)
*We cannot accommodate RUSH ORDERS please give us at least 2-3 days notice when you order, we also have important things to attend too. If the distributors are not busy, we can meet you and deliver your orders the next day provided that you confirmed your orders with us before 8pm.
*Please read the products instructions. Each photo contains information about a specific product including product descriptions, availability of the product (if it is ON HAND, INCOMING, CUT OFF, PRE ORDERS ONGOING) and a lot more.
*Lastly if you are a FALSE BUYER please DO NOT play with us we will post your contact number or full name in our album. Also we will warn other Online Shop sellers by endorsing your information as a fake identity.
