Official Statement Regarding Order Delays
To our valued customers,
We sincerely acknowledge the issues and delays that have occurred recently regarding our paid orders, pickups, and deliveries over the past weeks. We deeply understand the inconvenience and frustration this has caused, and for that, I want to extend my sincerest apologies.
Our shop has recently encountered several operational challenges that greatly affected our usual processes. It began with a technical issue on our page, specifically with the Meta Business Suite, which limited our access to inbox messages and prevented us from responding efficiently to inquiries and order follow-ups.
This was followed by logistical adjustments in our partnered pickup location. Due to capacity limits, we were instructed to minimize pending pickup orders. As a result, orders that remained unclaimed for 1–4 weeks were temporarily pulled out to avoid further pile-up, prompting us to seek alternative ways to deliver these items as quickly as possible.
To add to these complications, a personal emergency on my end as the seller also caused additional delays in our operations. While these are the realities we have been managing behind the scenes, I want to make it clear that none of these are excuses for the inconvenience we have caused you.
Even before any public posts regarding this matter began circulating, I had already started gradually organizing and catching up with the backlog of orders. However, the volume has been significant and admittedly overwhelming, which caused further delays in updates and dispatches.
That said, I want you to know that as of this writing, we are actively expediting all pending orders. We are working double-time to fulfill each transaction and ensure that everything is processed, delivered, and communicated as clearly and promptly as possible.
We are truly sorry for the disruption this has caused, and we are taking full responsibility. Your patience, understanding, and continued trust mean the world to us. Please know that we are doing everything we can to make things right.
